The world visits AUDIO MOBIL
Japanese automotive journalists recently visited AUDIO MOBIL as part of a delegation trip on the topic of “Mobility of the future,” organized by ABA – Invest in Austria, to learn about the innovative strength of Austrian companies. During the five-day trip, journalists from leading Japanese daily newspapers and trade media were presented with the outstanding research performance of Austrian companies and institutions in areas such as autonomous driving, cybersecurity, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and alternative drive technologies.
AUDIO MOBIL thus joins the ranks of renowned domestic global players such as AMAG, Magna Steyr, Kreisel Electric, and other technology drivers that exemplify Austria as a high-tech nation and consistently impress in international competition.
Trend scouting from the Far East
Everyone is familiar with the terminology surrounding our future mobility: autonomous driving, lightweight materials, connected cars, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, sensors, and many other buzzwords. The fact that technologies for these trends do not come exclusively from America is confirmed by the positive business performance of domestic companies alone. Further evidence can be found in numerous delegation trips intended to identify and promote trends and technologies for deepening global economic relations.
Innovations for the international automotive industry
In mid-November, a total of 11 Austrian companies were the destination of a selected delegation of Japanese automotive journalists, who will produce numerous articles for the Japanese automotive industry based on their visits. The focus is on drawing the attention of major corporations from the Far East to the expertise of Austrian suppliers. Most of our cars already contain components from domestic companies. In the future, this will likely increase in Japanese models as well – domestic companies like AUDIO MOBIL are making it possible.
